Damaged Items
If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@embrishop.com and we will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. A clear photo of the damaged item is to be attached to the email.
All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
International Orders
Some international destinations require customs fees to be paid before the package can be delivered to the recipient. EMBRI has no control over the customs process and is in no way responsible for any customs fee's. Please make yourself aware of your country's customs regulations before placing your order.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please note EMBRI will not be held responsible for any additional shipping charges. All shipping charges including returns/ exchanges are at the buyer’s expense unless specified otherwise by support.
