We have a 14 day return policy (Monday - Saturday). All returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date (date stamped by shipping carrier) and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Orders received after 14 days will receive a store credit for the value of the products ordered at the time the order was placed.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
We highly recommend getting a tracking number for your return package and keeping it until your return has been confirmed. If a return package is lost we cannot open an investigation without the tracking number.
Your return package will not be accepted if not it its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are requesting a refund and you are within the perimeters of our return policy, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days of receipt and approval of returned item.
All returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. You must include your purchase receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. A clear photo of the damaged item is to be attached to the email.
All damages must be reported within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Some international destinations require customs fees to be paid before the package can be delivered to the recipient. EMBRI has no control over the customs process and is in no way responsible for any customs fee's. Please make yourself aware of your country's customs regulations before placing your order.
