We have a 14 day return policy. All returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date (date stamped by shipping carrier). Orders received after 14 days will receive a store credit for the value the products ordered at the time the order was placed. 

 

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

If you are requesting a refund and you are within the perimeters of our return policy, your refund will be processed within 2-5 days of receipt and approval of returned item.

 

All returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. You must include your purchase receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

 

All original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

Damaged Items

 

If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@embrishop.com and we will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. A clear photo of the damaged item is to be attached to the email.

 

All damages must be reported within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

 

Exchanges

 

All exchanges must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date.

 

Please include a note in your return package with your order number for our reference. Once it has been received you will receive a store credit for the item(s) you are exchanging. This store credit is available immediately and will never expire. 

 

All exchange shipping charges are at the buyer’s expense unless specified otherwise by support. All original shipping charges are non-refundable

International Orders

 

Some international destinations require customs fees to be paid before the package can be delivered to the recipient. Embri has no control over the customs process and is in no way responsible for any customs fee's. Please make yourself aware of your country's customs regulations before placing your order.
