Warranty Period: From date of purchase - day 365

Policy and Applicability: Defects and/or abnormalities in materials and craftsmanship

Exclusions: Damage caused by normal wear and tear and damage from handling the product outside of normal use

Remedy: Product will be replaced, or exchanged with a product of equal or lesser value at our discretion. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Proof of purchase required. Cash refund unavailable after our 14 day return period.

Include a note with your current address, a copy of the original receipt, and securely return the product in proper packaging.

Package your product securely in a box or padded envelope and send it with tracking information. If your return item is missing due to poor packaging or if we don’t receive it, your warranty cannot be processed.

Please Note: We won’t be able to process or ship back your package if your return package is incomplete. We typically send out the replacement in 5-7 business days after receiving your return. *Returns that exceed our 14 day return policy do not qualify for a cash refund. 

We can only ship to U.S. mailing addresses free of charge. International shipments require additional shipping fees.


All sale and clearance items are considered final sale. Warranty Claims can only be filed for items purchased at full retail value.
