How do I know which size to order?

The easiest way to find your MacBook model number is to look on the very bottom of your MacBook and locate the text. Generally on the first line, you will find the word “Model” followed by 5 characters such as “ A1466”. This is your Model number. Refer to our size chart above to help you select the correct size.

All of our MacBook cases are made for their specific MacBook model so please be sure to order the correct size or the ports will not line up or it just wont fit.

How do I care for my MacBook case?

 

Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. We do not recommend using any chemicals on your laptop case

Returns + Exchanges

Returns

 

We have a 14 day return policy (Monday - Saturday). All returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date (date stamped by shipping carrier) to be eligible for a refund. Orders received after 14 days will receive a store credit for the value of the products ordered at the time the order was placed. 

* We recognize Saturday's as carrier business days and are included in the 14 day period. 

 

All sale items are final sale. In the event we receive a returned sale item a store credit will be processed for the amount paid at the time of purchase. 

 

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply. 

 

We highly recommend getting a tracking number for your return package and keeping it until your return has been confirmed. If a return package is lost we cannot open an investigation without the tracking number. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

If you are requesting a refund and you are within the perimeters of our return policy, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days of receipt and approval of returned item.

 

All returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. You must include your purchase receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

 

All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged Items

 

If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@embrishop.com and we will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. A clear photo of the damaged item is to be attached to the email.

 

All damages must be reported within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  

Exchanges

 

All exchanges must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date.

 

Please include a note in your return package with your order number for our reference. Once it has been received you will receive a store credit for the item(s) you are exchanging. This store credit is available immediately and will never expire. 

 

All exchange shipping charges are at the buyer’s expense unless specified otherwise by our support team. All original shipping charges are non-refundable

International Orders

 

Some international destinations require customs fees to be paid before the package can be delivered to the recipient. EMBRI has no control over the customs process and is in no way responsible for any customs fee's. Please make yourself aware of your country's customs regulations before placing your order. 

 

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please note EMBRI will not be held responsible for any additional shipping charges. All shipping charges including returns/ exchanges are at the buyer’s expense unless specified otherwise by support.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Embri ships worldwide, excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan. If you are located in the United Arab Emirates you must provide your PO Box address when placing your order.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders ship within 48 hours. If for some reason processing times are longer than usual, we will notify you via email. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery time is not guaranteed for USPS Standard Shipping. If there is a deadline you need to meet, we recommend selecting expedited shipping.  The above are estimated times required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery

 

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS

We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over. It is all based on the laws, rules, and regulations in your respective country. All taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. EMBRI is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you experience any issues while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email hello@embrishop.com. If you notice a discrepancy with your shipping address when you receive your confirmation email, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes before your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If a customer makes an error in entering their shipping address during the checkout process, EMBRI reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their release date, which can be found in the description. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.

 

COUPON CODES

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used per purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be applied after an order has been placed.

 

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate. EMBRI is not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Services may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak seasons. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
